I am in the 120's!!!!  I feel like this is the hardest I have worked for weight loss in the past 5 months!!!  It has taken me 2-3 months to arrive in the 120's!!!!  I lost 1 entire pound this week and I ate out twice, had dessert 3 times, but I did work my hiney off in the gym!!!  I am sooo super excited!!!  Here is the exercise I have done this week so far....

Saturday - Met a friend at the gym.  Walked/ran 3.5 miles, worked upper body.
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Walked/ran 4.75 miles (1 hour), swam for 20 minutes (laps), worked upper body.
Tuesday - Ran for 1 mile (9:38 minutes), walked ran for another mile, Biked for 1 hour (13 miles!!), a little upper body (bench pressed 55 pounds 3 sets of 10)
Wednesday - Not much yet but I plan on walking/running for 1 mile.  Trying to let my legs rest today.

  3. What a dream! Great job. I have been working hard and I am bumed because my knee started hurting yesterday. I had to limp walk instead of jog. It took so much more time to work out at a slow pace. I am a long way behind you but thanks so much for inspiring me. Love you!

  4. Hi Robyn, I follow both your blogs (you seriously influenced my decision to buy a Cricut Expression!!). I wanted to comment here as I too have been trying to get healthier and lose weight. I dropped into the 140's today so I know how exciting it is to get into an 'new' weight catagory. Way to go and thanks for the inspiration...on both fronts.

  7. I have been a fan of your other blog for a year now and have been following your weight lost. First of all...Congrats! You should be so proud. Secondly, you have totally motivated me to lose that 30 lbs that I need to do too. I just remember that if Robyn can do it I can too! Thank you Robyn!

  9. Robyn

If you were going to choose between a treadmill and an elliptical to have as home equipment, which one would you choose and why?

Congrats on your weight loss. Your dedication and determination are truly inspiring.

    Thanks.

  12. I just found your blog through some tangled blog hopping that I can't even remember now. LOL
Just wanted to say hi and WAY TO GO!!!
I joined WW in February and just barely started going to the gym regularly.
I'm down 26.9 pounds so far with 19.4 to go.
    I LOVE this lifestyle!
Who knows...maybe I'll even start running soon. I can feel the impulse to so it when I'm on the treadmill but I'm chicken that I'll fall on my face. LOL
I make a lot of WW friendly dishes since we hardly ever eat out so feel free to visit my blog if you're looking for recipes. Or just to say hi. :)
