Well, it was kind of lonely without Karlee there but I still was able to speak up and be myself. I even demonstrated the plank for the entire group of women and men!!! I was excited to have lost another .2 pounds! I thought for sure I had gained at least 1 pound.
Wednesday's workout was one hour on the treadmill with walking and running. 4.37 miles.
Robyn, I found your Pink loser site quite by accident, but am so glad I did! You have inspired me to start back to WW - online this time - after baby #4. I'm living in a new state and it is easy to stay cooped up and eat w/o the social life I had before! Just wanted to say thanks! You look great.

ReplyDeleteI've been following your pink stamper web site for a long time now. I had no idea about this site. I have been on and off WW for many years. Right now I am off. Reading your blog got me going again. Today I have been 100% on WW!! One day down and back to making it a routine. Congrats on your progress and keep it for live.
