Wednesday's workout was one hour on the treadmill with walking and running. 4.37 miles.

Well, it was kind of lonely without Karlee there but I still was able to speak up and be myself. I even demonstrated the plank for the entire group of women and men!!! I was excited to have lost another .2 pounds! I thought for sure I had gained at least 1 pound.
