It's been awhile since I updated. I'm still drudging along slowly. I have some ups and some downs. This week I wanted to try to run a 5K on Wednesday. I got on the treadmill and ran until I reached 3.1 miles and then I just kept going!! I ran 5 miles straight!!!! Then I continued to walk until I was at 6.25 miles! That is an amazing accomplishment for me. I actually ran 5 miles!!!!!
You all remember that last week at WW I had gained .8 pounds. Well, this week I lost .4 pounds so I am still in the plus. I have rededicated myself to do better. Wish me luck!
