Today I ran a 5 K on my treadmill! It is the first time since last Saturday that I did it. Once I was finished running the 3.1 miles I continued walking until I made it to 5 miles. I burned 700 calories!! It felt good to run but it is just SOOOO long!! I get bored really easy even when I am watching a program I like. I don't know how marathon runners do it.
