Weight Watchers Meeting

Okay, so I had felt like I might have lost .4 today and hit my goal weight but I had not idea what I lost.  When I stood on the scale at my WW meeting my leader told me quietly 4.2.  I said I gained??  She said... "No, you lost 4.2 pounds!"  I then repeated her and said "Are you sure??"  I had to keep checking then I SCREAMED for everyone to hear!  WOW!!  If you check my progress on the right side you will see that I have never lost more than 3.4 in one week and that was in the first week of my journey.  To say I am excited is a complete understatement!!  I hit my goal weight of 127 today but I think I am going to lower it to 125 pounds.  My leader told me I could let her know next week.  I just feel that I have a little bit more to lose in my belly.  I'm a little nervous, though, because she told me she wanted me to increase my points by 4 every day!!  I told her that I am a little nervous because I am afraid that I am going to gain my weight back.  Even though I am at the end of my journey I feel that it is really just the beginning.  I am feeling that the maintaining part might be the HARDEST part of the entire journey!!!!

  7. Robyn, you making your posts may be theapeutic for you, but you have no idea how encouraging it is to follow your progress. I am someone who needs big results. So, looking at your chart has shown me that it does go fast even when the scale doesn't seem to drop much week after week. I'm getting started by walking a mile every day. Thanks so much!!!! 8. Robyn-Congratulations on reaching your goal! I am lifetime W.W. member at goal for almost four years! Maintenance is a scary thing but you will do great! Just keep on tracking and attending those meetings! I never miss a meeting even at four years later. Congratulations on your success. I am SO happy for you! -disneygirl0001@yahoo.com

  9. That is so awesome!! You have inspired me. I have been watching you go through this process, and have decided it is almost time for me to do something. (I am waiting for the kids to go back to school). I had lost almost 30 lbs. on my own a few years ago, but have gained it all back. I am going to try Jenny Craig, just like you did. You really helped me make that decision by the info you gave in the beginning. I don't think I could do WW...I have no willpower.
I'm sure maintenance is a very scary thing, but I think you can do it. Your motivation is amazing. Keep up the good work!!

  10. Congrats to you!
You are right, this IS the beginning! The beginning of keeping your weight off. I have been at goal at WW for two years. I can say not much has changed for me in my eating habits that I learned in WW. You pretty much eat the same and that is a good thing because that is what will keep you at your goal weight.
    Good luck!

  13. Wow - I just found your Pink Stamper blog yesterday and love all the videos and then to find your Pink Loser blog, too and realize that I am right where you were 26 weeks ago. Your posts and weekly weigh-ins postings are inspiring. Did you ever run before or is this something new? Thanks for being willing to share this part of your story!

  15. robyn, please do not think I am a complete idiot when I ask this. Did you just start running or is there a way to pace yourself or I guess what I am asking is how do you train and work your way up. I know that I would probably get tired get frustrated and quit. any suggestions?

  17. You look terrific! I noticed your skinny little legs(I so want thin thighs) while you showed your new pink Expression, and I feel very motivated by watching how well you've done. Do you mind if I ask how tall you are? I see someone else also asked. I'm 5' 3" and have felt great at 124 but had some health issues in the last 6 months and let myself go (up to 144 at one point, but am down 5 from that)and have started to exercise again since I'm feeling better.
