Another Week!

Hey everyone!!

This week I have really stuck with the WW point system. It really worked as I lost 3 pounds and am almost back to where I was 3 weeks ago!! You go up and down a lot during maintenance.

  1. How nice to be at or under your goal! You really have done an incredible job on you journey. After you do the marathon~what will you do? More marathons? I hope your feet feel better. Keep us posted.

  4. Never give Up! All the little bumps (hills) in the road are put there to make us stronger ane push us a little harder. If it was easy, no one would enjoy their accomplishments.
