Last Thursday I ran an entire 5K on my treadmill for the first time. It took me about 34 minutes. I was sweating so bad but it felt great! My big "real" 5K is this upcoming Saturday. I'm so super excited!!
Last week at WW I lost 2.8 pounds. I really wasn't expecting that as I kind of had a "snicker binge" moment at my house 2 nights in a row. Ooops!!!
I have been sick since last Saturday with a head cold. Today my head hurts SOOOO bad but I was able to get 4 miles done on the treadmill this morning. Still going strong!!!
Not drinking enough water. Need to do better.
Getting kids in bed and going to bed myself SOON!!

ReplyDeleteI am 5'5 or 5'4. My goal weight is 120 pounds. I guess I'm only 14 pounds away from my goal. I just want to go down one more pant size and get rid of my chubby belly!! :)

ReplyDeleteI've been partaking in my own Journey for 12 weeks now, via W.W., and am proud to say I am 21 lbs. lighter =)
I doubt my struggle and habits with food will ever diminish in my lifetime .... I guess that's why we call it a *~~J-O-U-R-N-E-Y~~*
