24 Miles!!!

This week I was on my treadmill for 24 miles!  I did 1 hour & 4 miles every day!!  I cannot believe I did it.  I usually take Wednesdays off and I usually don't do 4 miles every single day.  What a great feeling that is.

I've also decided not to weigh myself in between my Weight Watchers meetings.  I was getting too discouraged at home.  I will just be patient and wait!

A quick Pink Loser Recipe for you all....

Banana Pudding Sunday (3 Points)

1 small banana sliced up in a bowl
Pour 1 60 calorie container Sugar Free chocolate pudding
Add 2 Tbs Fat Free Cool Whip

Mix and eat!  It might only be 2 points but it is so good that I count it for 3!!!
