Discouraged

I know you are asking yourselves, how can Robyn be discouraged this week after accomplishing so much last week?  Well, I am!!  I went to my WW meeting this week and I GAINED .8 pounds!!!  I know that everyone does that once and awhile but I just didn't think it would have been this week.  I have worked so hard.  I even did 9 miles on the treadmill on Wednesday.  I am just going to rededicate myself.  I'm so hard on ME and I don't know why.  I should be thrilled.  You are not even going to guess what size jeans I am in???  Are you ready for this?????  Size 4!!!!  I practically completely skipped size 8 & 6!  Yes, that is very exciting!  I never thought that I would even ever be a size 6 but now I am size 4 bottom and a small top.  Hope you don't think I'm bragging because I am not at all.  I am just really shocked at myself.  This is why I should just be happy!!  I just don't want to gain anymore weight back.  Once it's gone I want it gone forever!!!

  2. Don't get discouraged. It could be muscle weight or even the big glass of water you had and didn't even think about it. You are doing fabulously. Don't you just want to wear the size tag on the outside of your jeans? Size 4 ... you go girl!

  3. You are so amazing. You have inspired me. A size 4. WOW. That is unbelievable.

    Keep up the good work.

Even the contestants on Biggest Loser have bad weeks and they work soooo hard.

  4. size 4... that is awesome! It sounds like you are gaining a lot of muscle from the running and what not which is soo good. You will burn more calories if you have more muscle so don't sweat it! :)

  5. You are doing terrific! Inspiring me to try to get back on track and exercise more and be more careful with my diet. I too lost a fair amount of weight last year, but over the winter I gained too much back. Frustrating but my own fault!
Keep up the great work and I'll try to get back on track myself!

  7. Wow, size 4...that is terrific Robyn. Don't be too hard on yourself...you have to remember that you're now gaining more muscle...and muscle ways more...so you're probably on the right track....as hard as it is...go on how you feel and how your clothes fit rather than what the scales say....Happy shopping for new clothes!...too bad we couldn't cut them out with the cricut...LOL...
