Another Before Pic

I was just browsing through my photos the other day when I ran across this pic I took of myself last July!  I guess I was going to get in shape back then but I don't know what happened.  I guess it didn't last very long.  I cannot believe how different I look and feel.  I hope I never let it go this long again and that I continue to exercise and eat healthy.  It is a great feeling.
