Thursday Check In

I slept this morning instead of getting up at 5:30 am to exercise. Today is the last day I am not going to workout on the treadmill. My legs were getting really bad and even this morning they ached a little. I think they will be ready by tomorrow but I am not going to do 4.1 miles again. Probably just around 2.25 or a little more.

Not much else going on around here. Just feeling "blah", hope it passes soon!!


  1. Just wanted to say thanks for sharing your weight loss and exercise journey with us, you have encouraged me to pull my treadmill out of storage and set it up. I got on it Wednesday morning for 30 minutes. That probably seems like nothing to you, but for me it's a start. I started. Finally. Thursday was a little easier to get out of bed and I actually looked forward to another 30 minutes on the treadmill. It felt great and I know tomorrow I can do it again. I am not on WW or any other program, but for Lent I have given up all desserts and candy. That's a big step for me, and I just wanted to say thank you. Your blog has affected me in a big way, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  2. 30 minutes to begin with is EXCELLENT!!! I started out by only doing around 12-15 minutes on the treadmill. I now try to just do 30 minutes, too, because I about killed my legs doing 60 minutes!!

  3. Thanks Robyn! I am still at 30 minutes a day, and skipped only once because I wasn't feeling well. I hopped on the scale yesterday, now I'm doing the happy dance! So far so good! : )
