Day 1 - Week 2 Weekly Weigh In

Hey Guys!

I hope you had a fabulous weekend!  I actually did really well with my eating.  Yesterday I ate a normal dinner with my family and even had dessert but I stayed within my weekly allotted extra points that Weight Watchers gives.

Today I weighed in and I lost exactly 2 pounds.  I was hoping for a 4 or 5 but I will take it.

Week 2 - 146.8 pounds.

Today I walked on the treadmill at an incline for about 45 minutes.  I ran a mile in the middle somewhere, too.

Hope you all have a great week!  I'm making a yummy pumpkin/banana bread recipe I got from skinnytaste.com.  We have our weekly family night called Family Home Evening and I wanted to make sure that I could also eat the treat!  I'll post a pic with the recipe later.

  3. Hi Robyn, great job!! I didn't do so well on the weekend, we went to a friend's for a bbq and I pigged out on pork ribs!! Oops. Back into it on Monday though, I tried out some new salad recipes and also did 20 mins on the cross trainer, 20 mins on the treadmill at an incline, and an hour of weights. I am aiming to get to the gym 5 times this week (recently I've only been going about twice a week)! I am going to be sore by the weekend!!!

  4. Hey, Robyn!

I am here with you! I am going out of my mind these days because I am going back to work (as a paper crafting teacher--woo hoo!!), managing a bunch of volunteer obligations, two kids, etc.... So I decided to go back to Jenny Craig instead of WW. If you have never tried it, the plus is that you don't have to think about it or plan or count points or anything like that. You just eat what they say. The minus is (of course) that you have to eat what they say. :-)

Today was my first day, and holy cow, was I craving chocolate!!! But you are inspiring me by doing an amazing job, and I am hoping your exercise dedication wears off on me at some point!

    Keep up the fantastic work!!

  6. Hi Robyn, don't know if you'll read this, because it is an old post, but I have a question. I saw in a video of yours once that you have (or had) an "ab circle" machine thingy?? Can you tell me if it works or is it one of those things that will collect dust, hahaha. I'm thinking of buying it but don't know anyone that has it so I can ask them. Maybe you can tell me what your opinion about it is??

    Thanks! Marlies
