Day 4 - Week 1

Hey guys!

Yes, I am still doing it!!!  I'm super hungry right now so I need to hurry so I can go and have a healthy dinner.

Today for exercise I played 2 hours of doubles tennis with my league.  I didn't break that much of a sweat so I didn't give myself that many points.  It was FREEZING but I warm up fast when I am out moving around.

  1. Robyn I'm here with you. I have been working on not eating as much also. I'm not officially doing ww but, I'm just trying to cut back on my food intake. Tonight was a big fail for me though, pizza was ordered and I LOVE pizza!

  2. I am in it! Today I did your treadmill climb idea for the main part of my workout (400 cals)! It was awesome and had. I did an incline of 10 and 15. My treadmill only inclines to a 15. My knees and
    back hurt a bit now. I hope that I don't have a repeat of knee issues like last year. I will just do my best and keep rotating to different things to avoid it. Thanks for the motivation! I like that you are blogging here daily!

  3. I started this week again as well. I have been to the gym twice in the week, and have done pretty well staying in my points budget. Keep up the good work, it will pay off!!!

  4. I am really trying to get back into it. I lost 30 pounds in 12 weeks during the spring last year doing ww and Ive gained all but 10 back. UGH!! I just love food. I currently weigh 178 pounds and would love to get this weight off again. I walked yesterday and did an incline of 15 and burned a lot of calories. I will have to continue doing this workout plan. Thanks for the motivation. Keep it up.

  5. I too am trying to lose weight. This week has not been great with Halloween and my daughters birthday. Hopefully this coming week will be better. Keep up the good work Robyn.

  6. Okay Robyn you got my attention and I am in girl! I have my magnectic WW calendar on the frig and am ready to start Sunday morning. I'm looking at walking 6 - 8 miles next week. Congrats on sticking with your plan this week. I know that takes alot of work on your part. You can do this girl!!!!
