Greetings!

Yes, I know it has been over 2 months since I have updated My Pink Loser. I am so sorry about that!!! I will do better in the future. I promise!!!

My family went on a Disney Cruise 2 weeks ago and I ate a TON of good food but I remembered to run on the ship. It felt so good to exercise when I knew I wasn't eating right. Here is a pic of me in the Bahamas.

Today is Friday and so far I have only ran one day and it was for 4 miles. I also weighed in at Weight Watchers and I am still in my Lifetime range. I weighed 124.2. I remember this time last year and I didn't really care what I put in my body. At least this year I am conscious of that even though I am still enjoying the goodies.

  1. Thanks for your inspiration. I am trying to lose 30-40 lbs. I only have the $ for weight watchers. lets hope it helps. I am walking 1-2 miles on the tm right now, but by next month should be up to 3 miles walk run. Any more ideas?

  3. I am so glad you are posting here again. I am at your point from last year....don't care what I put in my body, but do want to loose the weight. Thank you for the inspiration which will assist me in making the right choices.

    i DO TOO HAVE SOME LOOSE SOME WEIGHT AND MY DARN TREADMILL JUST BROKE AFTER 2 YEARS AND i DO NOT EVEN USE IT THAT HARD.
