Get Ready for the My Pink Loser Challenge!!

Hello Everyone!

Tomorrow is the BIG day!!  We will be signing in, or signing up to participate in tomorrow's post.  I would like to see exactly how many are joining us.  My husband suggested we have teams to make it more fun but not sure how we would go about that.  If you have suggestions please leave a comment on THIS post.  I am going to be sharing my weekly weight but do not expect you to do the same.  Feel free just to share how many pounds you have lost.  Also, if you have a goal percentage or how many pounds you would like to lose in the first 3 months, that is what you will be sharing with us.

We can ALL do this!  Honestly, I don't feel very motivated tonight.  I am hoping with the encouragement of all of you, I can get excited!

  8. I think the extra encouragement/motivation is a great idea. I need to loose 10-15 pounds, by May. Sooner would be great too!

  9. This sounds like a fantastic idea. I don't know exactly how teams would work or if it would be too confusing to keep up since we all have different names and facebook accounts. However, it could be fun to have challenges and things as a team. I think you do an excellent job a creating a supportive environment, so I can't imagine that encouragement would be in short supply. Can't wait to get started!!!

  10. I really don't know how this works. I've always done this alone. My mom died Feb., 2011 and I haven't been able to stick with it since. So maybe a different way is what I need. Count me in.

  13. What about starting a private FB group? That way we can post things, talk to each other, ask questions, etc

    I don't know if that would even be possible though.

  17. I need the accounttability!!! Plus the inspiration! Thank you. I need to lose 15 pounds in the next three months. Plus I need to exercise daily to get in better shape. June 1st is my absolute deadline!!!

  18. I'm in -- I lost about 25 pounds in the fall but I know that some of it has crept back on over the holidays. I have A LOT more to go to be happy. I am using smaller goals with shorter times than the big number since it is so overwhleming.

  20. Dale Ann Poter says we don't loose weight. When we loose things we normally want to find them and get them back. We get rid of weight we never want back again. I like that idea. I am getting rid of weight this year!

  22. Pl ease count me in. I started my WII again after 1823 days of not using it. My goal is to loose 18 lbs in 3 months and take it from there.
