Last weeks stats!

Hey guys!

Well, I have to tell you that it was pretty hard starting to run again after my marathon. I was sore for almost an entire week! The first time I ran was last Monday and I was able to do 3 miles! Then I took a couple of days off and ran 4 miles on Thursday! My foot had been hurting for the week after my marathon and was continuing to bother me so I went and had an xray on Friday. The doc said that it was fine and so I could continue to run. I achieved my goal of 8 miles on Saturday morning!! GO ME!!!

This week I am going to try to exercise at least 5 times. I am going to run 5 miles today, 6 miles on Wednesday, 4 miles on Thursday and then we have a 5K on Saturday. Tomorrow I am going to do something else, like the bike.

Hope you all are doing great!!

Also, at my last WW meeting I was 125.6. I have gained some weight back but I really took the entire week off from working out or eating right. This week is going to be better!! I hit Lifetime at WW 2 weeks ago!!

I have recently begun running (coincidence)and so I have was interested in your journey with your running and weight loss. I have just read through all of your posts since January and I feel so inspired...thank you! You are AMAZING! I will continue to track your progress and get motivation from your messages.
I am currently just running for fitness. I started walking regularly in January and achieved a lot of progress. A friend talked me in to trying running...it was hard at first (still is at times) but, it really gets easier each time! I think I will set my first goal of a 5k soon!

    Keep up the great work!

  3. I just happened upon your blog here and wanted to say ... Great job! I'm starting myself going to the gym and eating better... plus eating a new healthy chocolate that is supposed to be great for you and helps you loose weight too! I'm excited as I feel better already just by getting moving... your blog is encouraging as I have 30-40 lbs I want to loose. :)

  4. Would you mind sharing some of your recipes that have low points? I did WW and then slowly quit because I was tired of eating the same stuff over and over.

  5. Hey Robin,

You are so inspirational. I started an expercise/eating better program in May and lost 18 pounds by August and was feeling so good about myself. THEN, as often happens, I went on vacation, got hit with a huge tax bill, got depressed and have gained about 10 pounds back and am feeling horrible about myself. But you are inspiring me to get my butt back out there and start running. I live in Sacramento near our wonderful river and that is where I ran off my 18 pounds. Now I've just got to get back out there before I gain the remaining eight pounds back! Thanks for sharing your journey.

  7. Robyn,
Congratulations on reaching Lifetime! I'm a multi-time joiner of WW and have never gotten to Lifetime. You inspire me! Time for me to return to WW and keep you in mind on those really tough weeks. BTW you looked smashing on the DVD announcement video -- so tall and skinny! Way to go Robyn!!
