Monday Check In

Today I got up at 5:30 am and worked out on the treadmill for 1 hour. I ended up doing 4.25 miles. Can you believe it???? I can't either!!! Remember when I was struggling to get to 1 mile?? Now I am up to at least 4 a day???? I increased my running speed to about 7.5 and 8.0 for a minute or so. It feels so good to sweat that much. Is that gross?? I don't care because I know that all that sweat turns into pounds lost! YAAAAA!!!

  3. You have motivated me! I have been doing WW since early January, but after losing 10 pounds I SO fell off the wagon. You have motivated me to get back on. I am starting again first thing in the morning. I have a good 50 pounds to lose. I've gained 30 since getting married 4 years ago. So...thanks for the motivation!! You are definitely an inspiration!

    Oh...and I absolutely LOVE your stamping blog. I've learned a LOT over there too!!!

  4. That is so cool that you have lost so much weight. You are a motivation to me!! I sent you an e-mail about a biggest loser competition that i am hosting. You said you still have like ten pounds to lose to get to your goal weight. With your body weight and how well you are losing weight, I think you have a good chance of winning the competition. Just a little extra mo titivation if you are interested.
