Today I got up at 5:30 am and worked out on the treadmill for 1 hour. I ended up doing 4.25 miles. Can you believe it???? I can't either!!! Remember when I was struggling to get to 1 mile?? Now I am up to at least 4 a day???? I increased my running speed to about 7.5 and 8.0 for a minute or so. It feels so good to sweat that much. Is that gross?? I don't care because I know that all that sweat turns into pounds lost! YAAAAA!!!
