Monday morning Check In!

I was able to do 2.5 miles on the treadmill again today. My legs were feeling great and then just got a little sore when I was doing my 6.5 mph speed. I'm happy to just mix it up during my cardio. I did upper body today at the gym and I think I am getting a little bit stronger.

Things I have added to my diet are...... Calcium supplements. That is supposed to really help my legs and bones. I hope so!!! Also, I've added a multivitamin every day. I think that is going to really help with a lot of things, too.

Yesterday at church I was able to fit into a dress that had been too tight to even zip up or button recently. It was actually too big!!!! Weird!!!

I am doing Weight Watchers now and not even following the Jenny Craig program. It was great to get me started but now I am loving the WW. It is very flexible and I am having chocolate EVERY DAY!!
