Hi everyone!!
Today I got up at 5:45am after sleeping in for 2 days! That was kind of tough. I wanted to get back to my morning schedule on the treadmill instead of doing it in the afternoon. Here was my workout this morning.....
*Treadmill for 2.5 miles (350 calories burned)
*Gym - Upper body workout
My legs were really killing me by the time I was off the treadmill and at the gym but they are feeling much better now. I guess I just needed to work through my pain.
I don't feel like I have lost a lot of weight but people are noticing a change in me and that is exciting. I did look at some pics that were taken a few months ago and I cannot believe the difference, just in my face!!

Great job, Robyn. 10 pounds is a dress size so you are already 1-1/2 sizes smaller. way to go.
